Job Description
New Pig's Manufacturing team in Tipton, Pennsylvania is seeking a reliable and self-disciplined Production Shift Lead to operate the 3rd shift. The role involves leading a team, enforcing safety standards, driving continuous improvement, and directly coordinating production activities. Key responsibilities include quality inspection, attendance tracking, and adherence to manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Operating knowledge of production software (Syteline, Flow, Factory Track, Trend, Ready label, ADP)
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, machines, guards, and tooling
- Ability to work more than an 8-hour shift and overtime
- Knowledge of MFG shipping and receiving processes
- First responder certification with basic first aid and CPR/AED training
- Positive attitude and understanding of manufacturing principles
- Active participation on process improvement teams
- Customer focus
