Residential Monitor - DOC

The company is seeking a Full-Time, Union, Non-Exempt Residential Monitor for Waterbury, CT. The role involves providing overall supervision of residential clients and buildings, ensuring a safe and orderly environment, and handling all residents, supplies, and activities. Monitors will also be responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with program rules, and communicating with clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum two years' experience in social service/helping profession or security work
• Reading/effective written communication skills
• Ability to respond calmly and appropriately in response to aggressive behavior
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• CT Drivers License and Public Service License preferred
