Group Facilitator

New Oakland Family Centers is seeking a Group Facilitator to deliver high-quality mental health care to individuals and families in outpatient, partial hospital, and crisis care settings. This role involves leading therapeutic groups, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing comprehensive support to ensure optimal outcomes. The position emphasizes compassion, professionalism, and client safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Mental health experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults)
