Job Description
New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio looking for an experienced Game Balancer to join their team. The Game Balancer will be responsible for balancing, developing and maintaining gameplay systems to maximize player engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in F2P games or working on at least 1 shipped title
- Deep understanding of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetisation strategies, in-game economies and community feedback
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
