Vice President, Power Plant Division

New Leaf Energy is seeking a Vice President of Power Plant Division to lead IPP development. The VP will be responsible for profitability, efficient operation, and strategic alignment with the company's DevCo business. They will manage a team of NLE employees and collaborate with internal/external partners to build and finance projects. The role focuses on strengthening the core business while running a profitable division. This is an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding, impactful clean energy development company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in renewable energy development, EPC, project finance, and/or operations.
• Prior P&L responsibility for a business or business unit.
• Experience scaling organizations or building new functions within a growth-stage company.
• Strong project design and construction subject matter expertise.
• Superb stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate project economics and perform financial modeling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability.
• Strong project management discipline.
