Job Description
Our growing pediatric neuroscience practice is seeking energetic and organized individuals to join our team. We are looking for two individuals experienced in Medical Front Office and/or Customer Service. Applicants should be friendly, compassionate, looking for longevity with a company and eager to learn, and love working with children.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year of related experience and/or training is required
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office & Outlook)
- Ability to handle a “Call Center” environment that is fast paced
- Communication skills: ability to effectively present information to patients, physicians, and other employees
- Fluent in both English and Spanish required
