Requirements

• Create and maintain a deal flow pipeline for real estate opportunities
• Manage assessment and evaluation of developers for eligibility in the Aspire Program
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to present the values and requirements of the Aspire program
• Lead the qualification and eligibility process for applications
• Ensure compliance with the Authority's guidelines and underwriting standards
