Senior Network Administrator

New Era Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join their IT team. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of the company's network infrastructure in a Fortinet and Cisco environment, with experience in VMware, Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in Fortinet (NSE 1–3), Cisco (CCIE), CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux, or ITIL preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of Cisco (preferably CCIE certified), Cradlepoint, and Meraki solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365.
• Strong knowledge of NAT, traffic rules, Layer 3/7 protocols, and firewall security best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.
• Flexible with after-hours and weekend work during planned upgrades or outages.
