Summer@Country School Lead Counselor

Summer@Country School offers a safe, self-contained environment for participants to explore and enjoy activities with friends. We are looking for enthusiastic lead counselors who love summer programs and kids.

Requirements

• Design and execute activities aligned with the program's mission and goals
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in all activities
• Organize and supervise children within activities and throughout the program
• Create opportunities for and partner with the counselors-in-training program
• Be a role model to children and staff
• Represent the program when interacting with parents or community members
