Job Description
New American Funding is seeking motivated Consumer Direct Loan Officers to join their high-performing sales team. This role involves handling inbound leads from motivated homebuyers, providing loan options, and ensuring timely closings. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships and achieving client goals.
Requirements
- Handle 100% inbound calls from pre-screened, motivated homebuyers and/or refinancers
- Consult with borrowers to understand their mortgage needs
- Work closely with in-house processors and underwriters
- Maintain high standards of compliance and customer service
- Must be able to structure and price loans
- Current NMLS license
- Must pass National test & 20 hour lic.
