Job Description
New American Funding is seeking motivated, experienced Consumer Direct Loan Officers to join their high-performing sales team. This full-time role involves handling inbound leads, building relationships with clients, and providing loan options. Requirements
- Respond to inbound calls and digital leads from qualified home shoppers
- Consult with borrowers to understand their mortgage needs
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up with prospects and clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Must be able to lift up to ten pounds
