Job Description
This is a Pre-Approval Specialist position in the Inside Loan Agent Division, directly supporting Licensed Purchase Loan Officers. The role involves customer interaction, explaining loan options, gathering information, and assisting with pre-approval processes. It's designed for individuals who have already passed the NMLS test. Training in the program is provided and includes an Employee Loan Officer Incentive.
Requirements
- Previous or current experience in customer service, inside customer service, or sales.
- Proficiency in communication skills (phone, email, written, verbal).
- Knowledge of the mortgage or real estate process.
- Ability to demonstrate customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to ten pounds, standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Pass NMLS Safe Exam
