Job Description
As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. You'll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Ability to drive requirement gathering
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
