Job Description
As a Salesforce Engagement Manager at NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, you will develop and manage customer relationships, provide oversight to project teams, and act as a 'thought leader' for customers. You will participate in customer sales cycles, smoothly transition customers from sales to project delivery, and drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- 5+ years of leading complex customer engagements
- 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering Salesforce or AWS solutions
- Deep expertise in Contact Center, Salesforce, or AWS-based solution design
- Proven pre-sales experience
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance
- Experience shaping and managing cross-functional solution teams
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
