Job Description
Neuhaus Foot and Ankle is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to provide exceptional patient experiences in a call center environment. Requirements
- Previous experience handling patient interactions or assisting in a healthcare clinic or hospital setting
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with medical billing and coding is highly preferred
- Experience working in a podiatric or orthopedic practice is plus
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills

- Computer skills (EMR familiarity preferred)
