Job Description
Neuberger Berman is seeking a Data Oversight and Business Enablement Specialist to own data governance and executive metric delivery for the SMA business. This role involves aligning siloed processes, defining departmental procedures, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance model delivery and manager-traded account oversight. The specialist will work closely with Portfolio Management, Legal/Compliance, Technology, Sales, and Performance teams, as well as Intermediary Sales, to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place and data is properly leveraged.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of SMA structures, tax-managed strategies, and investment products
- Experience working with financial intermediaries in a professional, client-focused manner
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple systems and provide actionable reporting
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
- Detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
