Job Description
NFF is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft, including core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management modules.
Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment.
- Four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query.
- Experience with Power BI, formulas, pivot tables, SQL, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data sorting for validation purposes.
