The role involves identifying, sourcing, and hiring candidates, driving the recruiting process, and partnering with engineering leadership to develop sourcing strategies. The team's mission is to redefine Cloud, Network, and Data Security.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills (research and outreach)
• Experience recruiting for product companies
