Staff SDET, Performance QE

Netskope is a leading cloud security company seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test to join their Performance QE organization. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining performance and load testing frameworks, specifically for Fortune 500 enterprises. Candidates will be contributing to the development of scalable, representative test environments, tools, and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in performance, QE
• A can-do attitude and a bias towards automation
• Ability to create and manage test environments with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to Ansible, Jenkins, Git, and deployment tools
• Exposure to Grafana, sumologic, ELK and similar monitoring tools
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management
• Strong analytical skills
