Job Description
The IT Administrator Managed Services/IT Support will take over tickets with 1st and 2nd level topics, analyze and resolve independently, and provide local on-site support for customers. The role involves working conceptually and advising customers on all IT-related topics, as well as managing complex IT infrastructures outsourced to the company.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft onPrem, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Virtualization, Backup, Firewall, Certificates
- Language skills German C2
- Driving license Class B
