Senior Implementation Consultant

Netomi is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to configure and implement SaaS solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in project management
• 4 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization
• Strong client/stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to deliver under stressful conditions
• Experience in implementing SaaS products
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, API Integrations
• Ability to set up custom fields, workflows, business rules, and automation triggers
• Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and API tools like Swagger, Zapier
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms
• Basic proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for customization or integration scripting
