Job Description
The Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant leads and manages large-scale OCM initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves applying OCM theories and models, conducting stakeholder analyses, assessing the impact of proposed changes, and coordinating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills to drive successful change implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Change Management Model)
- Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organization skills
