Manager, Content Programming Strategy & Operations - Live Sports

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. The Content Programming Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Manager to support Live Sports, reporting to the Senior Manager, CPS&O - Sports & Live.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of relevant work experience, MBA preferred
• Deep passion for sports and the broader sports rights marketplace
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis
• Excellent communication/presentation skills
• External-facing partner experience (e.g., client presentations, deal negotiations, account management)
• Self-starter, with strong demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
• Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status quo
