Job Description
Netflix is looking for a versatile, strategic, and industrious Games Product Manager to join our Mainstream Games team supporting a diverse slate of mobile and cloud titles. As a part of Netflix, we strive to hire the best and value integrity, excellence, respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management for games or highly related role
- Experience in live service games with massive communities is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of live game systems including content updates, events, progression, and repeat play hooks
- Strong data fluency with a track record of using insights to drive product decisions
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term roadmap with day-to-day operations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable influencing across teams and disciplines
- Adaptability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving organization
