Join a diverse and collaborative team of Social Scientists, UX/Product and Market Researchers, and Research Operations to bring human perspective and consumer insight to Netflix’s world of entertainment.
Requirements
- Work closely with senior researchers and cross-functional partners to examine and leverage existing qualitative and quantitative insights to generate new hypotheses applied to business questions.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing knowledge gaps where research can be impactful, and recommend potential methods to address those knowledge gaps.
- In partnership with your team, execute primary and secondary research projects, such as qualitative interviews, prototype evaluations, survey development, etc.
- Synthesize & communicate findings, craft actionable, data-driven recommendations in partnership with your team.
- Collaborate in running readout sessions, workshops and brainstorms to help stakeholders understand and engage with insights.
