Analytics Engineer 5 - Member Insights Engineering

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of using analytics and data engineering skills on big data while working with product, technology, and business teams. You will develop and maintain data pipelines, tools, and data products that make insights about our subscribers widely available across the company.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, tooling, and visualizations that make member insights widely available across the company
• Identify, compute, and validate the appropriate data sources and metrics to measure success in a product area
• Partner with data engineers to design and implement a data architecture that bridges across experimentation, analytics, and operational reporting
• Partner with product managers and engineering to conduct forensic investigations into logging, including real-time monitoring of new features the team is launching to support live events
• Proactively explore trends in member engagement to surface future opportunities
• Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Coach partners to self-serve with existing tools, and evangelize for scaled approaches to expand data access and insights beyond our team
