Senior Manager, Product Design

NetDocuments is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Design to lead the design and research efforts shaping the next generation of our products. In this role, you'll guide and grow a talented UX team, define and operationalize design system strategy, and partner closely with product and engineering leaders to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences across the NetDocuments platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX experience, with 2–4+ years managing product designers and/or UX researchers
• Experience leading UX in complex SaaS, enterprise, or multi-team product environments
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles, UX research practices, and design systems
• Proven ability to influence strategy, align stakeholders, and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
• A portfolio demonstrating design leadership, systems thinking, and user-focused outcomes
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, and manage multiple workstreams
• Strong collaboration skills and credibility with product and engineering partners
