Requirements
- JD or Equivalent Legal Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of recent legal practice experience at a law firm
- Transactional experience in M&A, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, or similar practices considered a plus
- Analytical and Technical Acumen
- Big Law experience or experience at an Am Law 100 firm preferred
- Exceptional Executive Engagement Skills
- Strong Presentation Abilities
- Comprehensive Understanding of Legal Processes
- Passionate about AI and Legal Innovation
- Sales or Customer-Facing Experience
