Leiter IT-Kundensysteme (m/w/d)

As Manager of IT Customer Systems, you will be responsible for IT structures and services in the 2nd-level, leading a team of experts in Windows, Linux, and network environment. You will plan, implement, and monitor IT projects, support the sales team, and develop competency and solution portfolios.

Requirements

• Several years of disciplinary and professional leadership experience in the IT operations field
• Technical education or study
• In-depth knowledge of managed services and hosting of customer IT infrastructures
• Excellent leadership, motivation, communication, and presentation skills
• Result-oriented, self-employed, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Valid driver's license of class B
• Fluent German in writing and speaking (additional languages welcome)
