Net Friends is seeking a passionate IT Expert to provide remote and on-site IT support to customers in the Raleigh-Durham metro area. Requirements
- Two-year associate degree or related experience
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 Professional, macOS, and Google Workspace
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong customer support skills
- Reliable transportation
