Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Android Engineer to own and evolve our mobile experience, handling real-time voice capture, background processing, and seamless sync in challenging network conditions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong Kotlin expertise, including coroutines and flows
- Proven experience with foreground services—lifecycle management, notification requirements, and long-running reliability
- Proficiency with Jetpack Compose, including custom layouts and state management
- Experience with WorkManager for scheduled and persistent tasks
- Solid understanding of Android architecture components and dependency injection
- Care deeply about UX, reliability, and real-world usage in the field
- Comfortable working quickly and iterating based on clinician feedback
