We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to manage the office of Nestmed's CEO and CTO / Co-founders, providing logistical support to two Senior Leaders and handling various tasks such as calendar management, finance, and technology.
Requirements
- 4+ years of EA or Operations experience in a startup environment
- High-energy, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Tech-savvy, with experience in G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom
