Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Neoventa Medical AB is a Swedish medical device company looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational functions and contribute to the company's overall direction and culture.

Requirements

• A university degree (Bachelor or higher) in a relevant field
• At least 5 years' experience leading operations in medtech or other regulated industries
• Experience managing supply chain, logistics, production/assembly and order-to-cash
• Strong skills in KPI management and continuous improvement
• Experience from small-medium size international business environments
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong digital and analytical skills
