Kekkilä-BVB is the European leader in horticulture. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Central Europe location in Venlo, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as drawing up, managing, and guiding offers, planning and organizing orders, and providing sales support to the field service team.
Requirements
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
- Experience in customer service and/or in-house functions
- Ability to use computer programs such as ERP- and/or CRM-systems
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Ability to plan and organize, precision is important
