Job Description
NEORIS, now part of EPAM, is seeking a Data Engineer with experience in SAP BW and SAP Data Services to support data analysis, design, deployment, and evolution within the SAP ecosystem. This role involves handling ETL processes, querying data, and contributing to data integration between SAP and various platforms. The company emphasizes innovation, continuous learning, and a multicultural startup culture.
Requirements
- Experience exceeding 2 years in ETL/ELT processes
- Knowledge and handling of SAP BW and SAP Data Services (BODS)
- Experience in queries and data modeling with SQL
- Handling of programming and scripting languages such as Python, Shell Script or PowerShell
- Knowledge in data integration between SAP and other platforms (databases, cloud, APIs, files, etc.)
- Understanding of data architectures in SAP environments (BW/4HANA, HANA, Data Warehouse Cloud)
- Ability to analyze and solve data-related incidents during data loading or transformation processes
- Experience in versioning, documentation, and technical testing in data development processes
- Familiarity with good data governance, security, and data quality practices
