Business Analyst

Neo Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Engineering Team. The role involves managing requirements, designing object models, creating artifacts, and ensuring features meet business objectives. The company is focused on revolutionizing the gaming industry and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Experience creating UI mockups and prototypes
• Experience in producing all major types of artifacts: Vision and Scope documents, SRS
• Experience in applying notations such as UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams for documenting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)
• Fluent in Russian
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to think systematically and structure complex information clearly
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
• High emotional intelligence (EQ)
