Job Description
Nemera is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to coordinate and analyze internal nonconformances and customer complaints. The role involves creating detailed reports, ensuring CAPAs, maintaining quality control plans, and supporting projects and audits. This position requires a strong analytical and proactive individual with a desire for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Interdisciplinary skills (engineering degree + long-term experience)
- Knowledge of sheet metalworking
- Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical branch
- Knowledge of SPC, PDCA, and Lean Six Sigma methods
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMPs
- Very good German and English language skills
- Knowledge of SAP Quality module
- Knowledge of risk assessment / PFMEA
