Nelson Mullins is seeking a Legal Recruiting & Development Coordinator to support the Firm’s attorney and summer associate recruiting efforts in our Columbia office.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in legal recruiting or exposure to a law firm environment.
- Hands-on experience with OCI, Summer Associate programs, or multi-office recruiting coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruiting systems such as iCIMS and general comfort with Microsoft Office preferred.
