Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and managing complex retirement and benefits plans
• Significant knowledge of the 5500 filing and audit process
• Experience working with actuaries and trust departments
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to engage with senior leadership and communicate complex benefits and retirement plan topics clearly and effectively
