Job Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization and overseeing daily operations. This role provides strategic direction, improves operational and administrative processes, and fosters strong communication and collaboration to enhance overall organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of executive level operational experience in a multi-site healthcare system
- Experience in Quality programs or in the implementation and management of accreditation or regulatory programs
- Knowledgeable of managed care contracts and MCOs with negotiation ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced changing environment
