Job Description
Neighbor is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team focused on driving strategic business decisions, expanding the platform globally, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders. This is a crucial role, requiring strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills, especially given the fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of prior experience in data and analytics roles
- Expert in SQL
- Expert using BI, reporting and visualization tools (Domo, Apache Superset, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Advanced proficiency with ETL/ELT techniques and orchestration tools (Dagster, Apache Airflow)
- Proficiency modeling data lakes or data warehouses
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD
- Proficiency with predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business or product decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple processes
- Experience directly managing a team of data analysts
