Job Description
Senior Technician / Server Administrator role at a growing MSP, supporting Windows Server-based accounting applications in multi-user environments.
Requirements
- Install, update, configure, and support Windows Server-based accounting applications in multi-user environments.
- Manage and support core accounting applications, including Intuit Lacerte Tax, CCH ProSystem fx Tax, and CCH ProSystem fx Engagement.
- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Hyper-V and Active Directory user and group permissions.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for escalated tickets and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
