Job Description
NCS Australia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to deliver high-impact solutions for leading organisations in HR transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off, strong client-facing skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- SAP Module Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off
- Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing position is essential
- HR Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes is necessary
