Retail Sales Manager

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager for our Anchorage, AK location. The candidate will have a proven track record of industry success, exceptional business management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or ten years related experience including five years of supervisory or management experience and five years progressive sales experience or a combination of both.
• Vast knowledge of the machinery industry.
• Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Leadership skills for managing staff.
• Valid Driver's License
