Job Description
NBCUniversal is seeking a Photo Coordinator to assist the Photo Production team in all aspects of corporate, event, publicity, episodic, and gallery photography production for all NBCUniversal entertainment networks and streaming. The Photo Coordinator will provide administrative support, coordinate photo coverage, and manage digital asset libraries.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Coordinate episodic photo coverage for assigned shows
- Assist in the photo production of assigned gallery shoots
- Administer payroll and process time sheets for freelance hires
- Schedule meetings
- Work events and parties
- Support financial operations
- Coordinate event photography coverage
- Photo editing and traffic delivery of photography
- Maintain contact lists
- Liaise with photographers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate image approvals
- Maintain and manage digital asset libraries
