NAXCON GmbH, located in the heart of Freiburg, is a leading IT and engineering company seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project planning, monitoring, and controlling IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR)
- Completed university degree (Bachelors or equivalent) with an IT focus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management or PMO environments within the IT sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with SharePoint and Jira
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
- Certification such as IPMA Level D, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and independent working style
- Structured, solution-oriented, and goal-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure
