Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to lead investments, establish relationships with developers and brokers, and maximize returns for investors through resale strategies. This role is critical for the growth of our real estate co-ownership platform. The role involves market analysis, relationship management, property acquisition and due diligence, investor communication, and strategic resale execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Egyptian real estate market.
- Strong network and relationships with developers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and property values.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
