Intake Specialist I

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and manage patient information. The role involves phone calls, fax/email communication, assisting providers, and ensuring accurate prescription dispensing. The position requires adherence to all applicable laws and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Responsible for placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Responsible for enrolling patients into specialty services (patient care, copay assistance, billing information).
• Responding to inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Managing assigned workflow queues.
• Accurate and thorough documentation of information and prescription orders.
