Engineer, IT Support

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Engineer, IT Support to join our team! The Engineer, IT Support ensures efforts are in alignment with the Infrastructure team to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision: a collaborative partner delivering innovative ideas, solutions and services to simplify people’s lives.

Requirements

• Associates degree or university diploma in the field of computer science
• Minimum five+ years of IT work experience
• Work experience to include extensive hands-on hardware or software installation and support
• Experience in multiple areas of Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Infrastructure support, such as Microsoft Office, Windows, Server, Active Directory Users and Computers, and System Center Configuration Manager
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws including, SAS70, HIPPA, and URAC would be a plus
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
