Archimedes is seeking a Part-Time Member Services Representative to join their customer service team in Brentwood, TN. The role involves providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, analyzing situations, and resolving problems. The position offers flexible hours of 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. Requirements
- 1 year of experience delivering excellent service in a call center, collections, or member retention role.
- High School Education Diploma/GED
